Shelley and Kathy did a fantastic job for me. I had been in my home for over 30 years and didn't know where to start to get it ready to sell. They came in and provided good workable advise on what I needed to do. They were very helpful in suggesting contractors that could take care of some minor repairs that needed to be done to get it ready to go. The For Sale sign went in the ground on a Saturday and we had an offer the following Tuesday. They also were very helpful during the purchase of my new home and walked me through the process and were always available to answer questions all along the way of both transactions. I appreciated their attention to details and attentiveness to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

Words cannot describe how patient and understanding Shelley has been to my family and myself. We went through house after house not really wanting to commit to anything, and not wanting to bid on anything because our family just wasn't sure of what we wanted.

After months of viewing different houses in different areas we finally worked out what we wanted, and Shelley was amazing at all stages of home negotiations! It was an honor, and pleasure to work with her.

Shelley worked very hard for me. She followed up with everyone who showed interest and she regularly held an open house for me. She also helped the sales process go as smooth as possible. Shelley was willing to meet and speak to all the people doing repairs to the house. This saved me a lot of time and stress. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

My wife and I had sold our home in another state and we were living in a rental home still out of state. We knew the general area we wanted to relocate to in Oklahoma and what we wanted in our new home but travel time to Oklahoma was 3 to 4 hours and we had to stay in a hotel. Shelley was on top of our home search daily and we knew almost immediately when something new came on the market. She sorted through all of the new listings and did an excellent job of picking the ones that matched our wants and needs. Shelley is very organized so our potential homes were mapped out and timed perfectly to correlate with our visits. She was in the cold, pouring rain and snow at times to open lock boxes to get us in and see these potential homes. We really appreciated the fact that she was very patient with us. Once we found the property we wanted she was very thorough and guided us through all the inspections, contracts and many other things we would never have thought of to complete our transaction. We found not only an excellent realtor to help us, we made a new friend as well. I would highly recommend Shelley Hildebrand as a realtor to help you find your next home.
